Palm Sunday (18th March) we begin Holy Week marking Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem and beginning of the Passion. Palms will be blessed and distributed at all masses.
St George’s Cathedral: Wednesday 28th March Mass of Chrism. Blessing of the Holy oils and renewal of priestly promises.

GOOD FRIDAY: 30th March 3pm Solemn Liturgy (please note no AM Mass)
7pm Stations of the Cross
HOLY SATURDAY: 31st March 8pm Easter Vigil (please note no AM Mass or All Saints Mass)
EASTER SUNDAY: 1st April 9.30am, 11.15am and 6pm
The Easter Tritium (from Latin ‘three days’) we come together on these days to celebrate the heart of our faith, the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. A special effort should be made to attend all three services – Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday. Please note there will be no AM Masses on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday. There will be no 6pm Mass at All Saints on Saturday 31st March.
Stations of the Cross
Flow Jesus on the way of the cross every Friday during Lent – this week Friday 30th March, 7pm.
A Day of fasting and abstinence. The Good Friday collection will be for Holy Places associated with the life of Jesus.

National Eucharist Pilgrimage and Congress
Liverpool – Friday 7th-9th September 2018. This is an initiative from the Bishops of England and Wales with the intention of promoting the central place of the Eucharist in the life and mission of the church. All parishes are invited to send a small group with the idea of returning to their parishes to renew our love of the Lord present in the Eucharist. Please see www.rcsouthwark.co.uk.
